Title: Grilled Mustar Turkey Cutlets

Yield: 4 Sweet ones

1lbTurkey breast cutlets;
2tbDijon-style mustard;
2tbMayonnaise; no-cholesterol reduced-calorie
1tsFresh lemon juice;
  Pepper to taste;
  Paprika;
2tbParsley; chopped and fresh

Preheat broiler. Coat broiler with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Mix together mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Coat one side of turkey with half of mustard mixture. Broil about 4 inches from heat source 5 minutes. Turn and coat other side of turkey with mustard sauce and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
